Our “soon to be world famous” Beer Slide was back at the Kennington Fayre 2019.
For fun and excitement on a very hot day, high player’s participation numbers helped us to raise £100 for charitable causes.
Quoting the good people organizing this fantastic event: “There has been a summer fair in Kennington for at least two hundred years – the Kentish Gazette for 2nd July 1793 advertise the fair that year as being on 5th July.
In its current form, the fair usually takes place on the last Saturday in June, on the Recreation Ground in Ulley Road. It raises thousands of pounds for voluntary and not-for-profit groups in the area, and is a free, fun event for all the family.”
